The internal and external diameter of the spindle is carefully engineered using a specially heat-treated alloy steel which maintains high rigidity and durability. This technology is joined with the high-precision bearing coaxial equipment, which is known for its high precision, stable backward rotation, and the ability to maintain the minimum temperature of the spindle.

The centre height of spindle can be adjusted with a high degree of accuracy. The motor and machine body take advantage of a sliding connection design, making it convenient and fast to operate. The motor is put through a special balancing process to ensure long-term precision and stability.

The grinder is capable of grinding the work-piece to a minimum of a 3mm outer diameter and can grind internal diameters from 2mm up. This machine is precise down to 0.003mm, ensuring a precisely ground and finely finished work-piece. The spindle bushing is made of cast iron and is supported on three sides ensuring both durability and elasticity.
